Water Advisory Lifted for Grand Prairie Residents; Water-Flushing Process Begins
City Urges Residents to Follow Scheduled Water-Flushing Times to Prevent Boil Water Notice

Grand Prairie, TX — The City of Grand Prairie is pleased to announce that the water advisory has been lifted, and the water-flushing process is set to begin in phases for residents. To avoid activating a boil water notice, it is essential that water-flushing is conducted according to designated zones.
Residents are asked to refer to the attached zone map to determine their area and scheduled flushing time:
Zone 1: Begins at 9:00 p.m.
Zone 2: Begins at 10:00 p.m.
Zone 3: Begins at 11:00 p.m.
If you miss your scheduled time, you are encouraged to begin flushing as soon as possible afterward. It is important to not use your water until the flushing process is complete.
