Texas AG Forces Release of Arredondo Documents — Read Them Here

The Texas Attorney General’s Office recently ruled that Grand Prairie ISD must release both the termination notice and separation agreement for former superintendent Dr. Jorge Arredondo. WFAA was the first media outlet to report on these documents, featuring Dr. Arredondo’s statement that he never requested the separation agreement be withheld from the public — you can read their story here.

However, Dr. Arredondo’s attorney did submit a letter to the Texas Attorney General asking to keep the initial investigative report — the one detailing why he was placed on paid leave — private.
