Grand Prairie Police Investigate Fatal Collision on SE 14th Street

Grand Prairie, TX - The Grand Prairie Police Department is investigating a fatal traffic collision that occurred on Wednesday night in the 2400 block of SE 14th Street. According to witness reports, a GMC pickup truck traveling south on SE 14th Street struck a female who was walking in the middle of the roadway at around 10:00 p.m. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.

The identity of the victim has not been released pending notification of next of kin by the Dallas County Medical Examiner's Office. The incident is currently under investigation, and no criminal charges are expected to be filed at this time.
