The Dallas County Medical Examiner's Office will release the identity of the deceased once the next of kin have been notified. Investigators believe that weather conditions may have played a role in the accident. It has also been noted that the driver and passenger of the Chevy were not wearing seatbelts, which could have contributed to the severity of their injuries.
